How do I determine the right frame size for my face?

Each Cutler and Gross frame features measurements engraved on the inside of the temple. We recommend comparing these to your current glasses or visiting our size guide for detailed instructions on measuring lens width, bridge size, and temple length.

Where are Cutler and Gross frames manufactured?

Our frames are handcrafted in our own factory in Cadore, Italy. We combine traditional techniques with modern technology, using high-quality Italian acetate and premium hardware to ensure durability and style.

What is your international shipping policy?

We offer worldwide shipping via premium couriers. Delivery times typically range from 3 to 7 business days depending on your location. Please note that international orders may be subject to local customs duties and taxes upon arrival.

Can I have prescription lenses fitted into my frames?

Yes, we offer a full prescription service in our standalone boutiques. For online orders, we provide frames with high-quality sun lenses or demo lenses, which can be replaced with your specific prescription by any qualified optician.

What is your return and exchange policy?

We offer a 14-day return window for all online orders. Items must be returned in their original, unworn condition with all protective packaging and tags intact. Please note that customized or prescription lenses are non-refundable.

How should I care for my luxury eyewear?

To maintain your frames, clean them regularly with lukewarm water and a mild soap, then dry with the provided microfiber cloth. Avoid using paper towels or household detergents, and always store your glasses in their protective case when not in use.
