We offer a 28-day return policy for all eyewear purchased through our online store, provided the items are in their original condition with all security tags intact. Please note that prescription lenses are custom-made and are therefore non-refundable.

Initiate Your Return

Log into your account or visit our returns portal to select the items you wish to send back and receive your Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

Prepare the Package

Carefully place the eyewear in its original Cutler and Gross protective case and branded packaging, ensuring the completed returns form is included inside the box.

Affix Shipping Label

Attach the pre-paid shipping label provided in your original order to the outside of the package, ensuring any previous delivery labels are fully covered.

Drop Off and Track

Hand your package to the designated courier service and retain your proof of postage; your refund will be processed within 10 business days of receipt at our studio.
